4.1 — One Account Per Person

Each natural person may maintain only one (1) active account on phcsh at any time. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balance attributable to duplicate account activity.

4.2 — Account Information

4.3 — Account Security

4.4 — Account Transfers

7.4 — Maximum Bonus Withdrawal

Where an account is suspended or closed for reasons other than the player's own conduct in breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance in the account will be returned to the player's last registered payment method within a reasonable period following confirmation of identity.
